16th century multi-area town centre pub with wooden floor, oak beams and a large bar, flagstone entrance. Quiz night is on Mondays and there is a usual live music on Saturday nights. The large screen attracts many football fans and families are welcome. Main eating area is behind the large bare brick of fireplace. Sofas and comfy seating to far right of the bar. Real ale only served Thursday to Sunday.
