A large, open plan country pub re-opened in December 2024. Part of Marjoram Trading Ltd. Large garden, with benches and pods. Pub serves a wide selection of tasty food with special menus and offers. Regular events including, quiz nights 4th Tuesday of the month and occasional live music. Breakfast is served 9.00am to 11.30am (Sat & Sun) There are 3 changing beers on from local breweries. Often Brentwood & Colchester. Extra polypins in the summer. Beer festival over 1st Bank holiday in May.
